Scop of student internship

As an RPA Business Analyst Intern, you will have ownership of the following exact tasks within our Bots' Delivery Lifecycle:

• Independently interview business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document "As-Is" business processes;
• Author comprehensive Process Definition Documents that clearly outline step-by-step keystroke-level actions, business rules, exception paths, and the proposed "To-Be" automated workflow;
• Create clear, standardized process maps and flowcharts (using tools like Visio, Miro, or Signavio) to guide developers;
• Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions. You will draft test cases, guide business users through testing, document test results, and manage the bug-tracking lifecycle;
• Actively maintain our project pipeline in Jira/Confluence, ensuring milestones, technical roadblocks, and status updates are documented and visible to the team;
• Generate performance reports for newly deployed bots, tracking transaction success rates and compiling actual time/cost savings for business sponsors.

We are looking for a driven individual who is eager to take initiative and deliver high-quality results.

Key Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with a minimum of 9 months student and with availability of at least 30 hours per week;
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the confidence to host meetings and extract requirements from business stakeholders;
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
• Excellent logical thinking with the ability to break down complex processes into simple, sequential steps;
• Ability to work independently, manage your own deadlines, and take ownership of tasks with minimal day-to-day supervision once trained;
• Comfort learning new technologies and software quickly. Prior experience with workflow modeling tools or basic understanding of programming logic is highly valued.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):

• Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism);
• Familiarity with Agile framework principles (Scrum/Kanban);
• Knowledge of standard process modeling notations like BPMN.
