Opis stanowiska
- Collaboration in the further development of the Global Process Management Framework in line with strategic end-to-end (E2E) goals and journeys (e.g., Customer Experience Journeys)
- Participation in strategic projects, including the realignment of the process framework towards E2E processes using BPM tools
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of management workshops, creation of presentations, as well as data evaluation and preparation
- Independent execution of qualitative and quantitative surveys and data analysis
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary experts both domestically and internationally and support of the Global Process Community
Wymagania
- Student status for at least one more year
- Successful studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, preferably in the later stages of a bachelor's or master's program
- First experience with BPM (Business Process Management) tools such as Signavio in an industrial or consulting environment is desirable
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced MS Office knowledge, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Availability min. 20 hours per week
