Opis stanowiska

The person hired on this position will play a key role within the System Drives Division (Motion Business Area) Global Portfolio Management team. Reporting to the Global Product Management Manager, you will perform various activities in the product life cycle. You will support the market introduction including the development, launch, maintenance, and pricing of the next-generation industrial medium voltage drive.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the product development process from project specification to product launch
  • Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and market introduction of the new product
  • Collaboration with internal teams (i.e., Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Management) to ensure all product and market objectives are met
  • Collaborating to define marketing plans to promote sales activities
  • Development of product trainings for internal teams, sales communities, and customers.
  • Support the development and preparation of the sales configurator and pricing tool for customer quotations
  • Preparing various analyses by market, product, and competitors
  • Contributing to the preparation of marketing tools and processes to support the business and the Sales organizations

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent area of studies
  • Over 2 years of experience in an industrial environment in an engineering, product marketing, sales, or product management role
  • Very good command of English
  • Basic knowledge of power converter and power electronics is an advantage
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and purposeful with analytical, logical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with an excellent style of collaboration
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
