Opis stanowiska

Depending on the team, you will be part of 

Order Fulfillment
The team coordinates the entire order delivery process placed by Key Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping, Project Management, Sales and others. 

Transport (IWD)
The IWD (International Warehousing and Distribution) team is responsible for the transport of the ordered Philips products or components to production. They process shipments, monitor and track the freight, and manage the carriers involved in transportations. The team is in contact not only with the Customers, but also with Business, Market and Functions. 

Procurement
The team actively supports business processes globally in the areas of Source to Contract, Purchasing Price Management, Procurement Performance Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Risk Management, Supplier Sustainability and Paralegal Service.

You are responsible for (depending on a team)

  • Preparing daily meetings (lean daily management boards) 
  • Processing shipment orders/delivers, monitoring and tracking the freight and managing the carriers 
  • Providing necessary information about the order to the customer
  • Supporting all daily activites with creating and executing orders for EMEA customers 
  • Responding to various e-mail queries affiliated with order and stock management

Wymagania

  • Be a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies 
  • Be fluent in English (at least B2) Express availability to work at least 25-30 hours/ week 
  • Have basic knowledge level of Excel and Word 
  • Show the ability to work independently, while being a team player at heart 
  • Be open to change and new challenges 
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop
