Opis stanowiska
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.
You are responsible for
- Supporting sales-related activities
- Producing quotations
- Producing order packages for HealthCare part of the business
- Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain
- Setting priorities and ensuring correctness and completeness of quotes within required timeframes
- Providing support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
- Actively supporting with the implementation of continuous improvement, eg. LEAN tools such as Kaizen/A3

Wymagania
- Be recently graduated or be a student of the last year of Bachelor/ Master Degree
- Fluent in Russian, English and Polish
- CRM experience would be a plus
- Customer-oriented, communicative & detailed-focused person
- Team player
