As a Trainee you will join the GBS Academy, which is designed as a fast-tracked career pathway for multilingual graduates in an international and diverse environment to support Philips’ business functions in day-to-day operations. In this role, you have the opportunity to
Learn and use HR Tools such as Workday, electronic files, and a case management systems. You will be a support for the team of HR Generalists, which are providing services for employees from Spain within the scope of PPS Center Europe.
Within the PPS Team, you will be responsible for
- Digital files uploading
- HR data input to the systems
- Running reports from SAP HR/ Workday
- Solving simple employee queries
Wymagania
- Be recently graduated or be a student of the last year of Bachelor/ Master’s Degree
- Good knowledge (ideally B2 level) of English and Spanish
- From 0-1 year of work experience (Graduates & Early Professional)
- Availability to work at least 30h/week, preferably 40h/week
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS office) is essential
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
- Interest in developing your professional career within HR & Payroll
- High energy, adaptability, continuous learning, initiating action, innovative, high work standards
